Why grounded matters more than clever
An assistant that invents a price, a policy or a lead time does real damage — it answers confidently and wrongly, in your name. Everything we build is constrained to your own material and instructed to say "I don’t know, here’s who to ask" rather than fill a gap. That constraint is the product.
It runs server-side on Cloudflare’s edge with your API key never exposed to the browser, so there is no key to leak and no third-party script watching your visitors. The same way we build everything else.
How an engagement runs
We start with a scoping call to find the one process where an assistant actually pays for itself — usually quoting, intake, or answering the same question forty times a week. From there we build it, ground it in your content, test it against real questions, and put it live behind your domain.
Builds start at $6,500 and are scoped per engagement, because a quote assistant on an existing site and an automation wired into three internal systems are not the same job. Keeping it running afterwards — monitoring, model and content updates, and the API usage — is quoted with the build, so you see the whole cost before you commit to any of it.

Is this just ChatGPT on my website?
No. A general chatbot answers from the internet and will happily guess at your prices. What we build is constrained to your own content and instructed to hand off rather than invent — which is the difference between a useful assistant and a liability.
What if it gives a customer wrong information?
That is the risk we design against first. The assistant is grounded in material you approve, told explicitly not to answer beyond it, and points people to a human when it reaches the edge of what it knows. We test it against real questions before it goes live.
Do I need a new website for this?
No. We have added assistants to sites we built and can look at an existing site too — the assistant runs alongside it. If the site itself is the bottleneck we will say so rather than bolt AI onto a problem it can't fix.
What does it cost to run?
That's quoted alongside the build rather than published, because it depends on how much traffic the assistant actually handles — the API usage for a quiet brochure site and a busy quoting tool are not comparable. You'll see the running cost before you commit, not after.
Can you automate something that isn't on the website?
